If you are new to the Dacula area and need to register your child,
please call (770) 963-1110 to make an appointment.

Complete all of these
forms and bring them with you to your appointment.
Registration cannot be completed unless all items are submitted.
Registration will be on Wednesdays (July 7th, 14th, and 21st) from
9:00AM-3:00PM and everyday starting July 26th from 9:00AM-3:00PM.
